LASSR participated in a community agricultural activity at Sioufi Park—at the invitation of the Environment and Sustainable Development Unit (ESDU)—on October 27, 2025, at Sioufi Park, Beirut.
The Lebanese Association for Sustainability and Social Responsibility (LASSR) accepted an invitation from the Environment and Sustainable Development Unit (ESDU) at the American University of Beirut (AUB) to participate in a distinctive community agricultural activity held at Sioufi Park in Achrafieh, Beirut.
These initiatives reflect the vital role civil society organizations play in fostering local development, instilling environmental awareness, and creating inclusive public spaces that encourage community interaction.
LASSR reaffirms its commitment to supporting sustainability through practical, participatory initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen the sense of environmental responsibility.
Sincere thanks to the students from the AUB Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences for their agricultural guidance, and to the ESDU-AUB center.
May you continue to be a cornerstone of sustainable development in the community; we wish you continued success.
